Shipping Information

At highcoutureusa.com, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.


Order Processing Schedule

  • Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PST).

  • We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.

  • If Monday is a holiday, orders will be processed on the next business day.


Order Verification & Delays

  • Orders may be delayed if shipping information is inaccurate or incomplete.

  • Additional verification may be required to prevent fraud, which can delay processing by 1–2 business days.

  • You will be contacted via email or phone if further information is needed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.


Returned Shipments

  • If a package is returned to our facility by the carrier for any reason, a $15 return shipment fee will apply to domestic orders.

  • Return shipping costs for international orders may vary.

  • Refused shipments will be charged original shipping fees plus return shipping costs.


Free Shipping (Wholesale Only)

  • Free domestic shipping is available on wholesale orders over $1,000.00.

  • This offer excludes International shipments, C.O.D., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Orders placed and verified before 3:00 PM PST are shipped the same business day.

  • All U.S. orders ship via UPS from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California.

  • Delivery time typically ranges from 1–7 business days, depending on location.

  • Customers located closer to California may receive orders sooner.


Tracking Your Package

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

  • Tracking is available from the first carrier scan through delivery.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your package. We are not responsible for orders marked as “DELIVERED.”

  • For added control, we recommend enrolling in UPS My Choice to manage delivery preferences.


PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S. Territories

  • We ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.

  • Orders to these locations ship via USPS Priority Mail.


International Shipping

  • highcoutureusa.com ships to most international destinations.

  • Shipping costs are calculated once your order is ready to ship.

  • Orders are packed Monday–Sunday and shipped Monday–Friday.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

  • All international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide, with transit times ranging from 5–10 business days, depending on the service selected.

  • A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • These fees are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by High Couture USA.

  • Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees will be charged original shipping plus return shipping or may be considered a total loss.


Order Refusals

  • Refusing a shipment as a method of return is not permitted.

  • Refused orders will incur both original and return shipping charges.
