Order Processing Schedule

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PST).

We do not ship on weekends or major holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following Monday.

If Monday is a holiday, orders will be processed on the next business day.
Order Verification & Delays

Orders may be delayed if shipping information is inaccurate or incomplete.

Additional verification may be required to prevent fraud, which can delay processing by 1–2 business days.

You will be contacted via email or phone if further information is needed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to our facility by the carrier for any reason, a $15 return shipment fee will apply to domestic orders.

Return shipping costs for international orders may vary.

Refused shipments will be charged original shipping fees plus return shipping costs.
Free Shipping (Wholesale Only)

Free domestic shipping is available on wholesale orders over $1,000.00.

This offer excludes International shipments, C.O.D., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders placed and verified before 3:00 PM PST are shipped the same business day.

All U.S. orders ship via UPS from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California.

Delivery time typically ranges from 1–7 business days, depending on location.

Customers located closer to California may receive orders sooner.
Tracking Your Package

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Tracking is available from the first carrier scan through delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your package. We are not responsible for orders marked as “DELIVERED.”

PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S. Territories

We ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.

Orders to these locations ship via USPS Priority Mail.
International Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated once your order is ready to ship.

All international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide, with transit times ranging from 5–10 business days, depending on the service selected.

A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

These fees are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by High Couture USA.

Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees will be charged original shipping plus return shipping or may be considered a total loss.
Order Refusals

Refusing a shipment as a method of return is not permitted.
